Fossil

melanin

information

investigations
of

original
coloration,
taxonomy

internal
anatomy

Abstract
Tridentinosaurus
antiquus
represents
one
of
the
oldest
fossil
reptiles
and
very
few
skeletal
specimens
with
evidence
soft
tissue
preservation
from
Cisuralian
(Early
Permian)
Italian
Alps.
