Abstract Reduction of nitroarenes was achieved using magnetically separable and reusable iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 @ RA NPs) Rhododendron arboreum ( ) flower extract with high yields in water hydrazine hydrate as a green hydrogen source. The synthesis the biogenic NPs has been done tools displays excellent magnetic properties, which have proved by vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). Further, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX), diffraction (XRD), photoelectron (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), used for characterization synthesized Fe NPs. TEM XRD revealed crystalline nature size 10.8 nm. BET surface area total pore volume were observed 147.098 m 2 /g 0.323837 cc/g, respectively. The green synthesis of metal nanoparticles (NPs) using plant extract is particularly irresistible technique. This study utilizes hydroalcoholic Endocomia macrocoma leaf to fabricate bismuth NPs (BiNPs). synthesized BiNPs were characterized by UV–visible spectroscopy assess its optical activities, FTIR analysis identified the functional groups in extract, and BiNPs. X-ray diffraction (XRD) gives crystalline nature NPs. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) shows an average size 99.1 nm 21.34 mV zeta potential Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive (EDS) confirms composition NPs, spherical shape ranges 30–60 confirmed transmission microscope (TEM). assessed thermal stability thermogravimetric (TG) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for temperature endothermic or exothermic processes, respectively. showed good antibacterial activity against E. coli, P. aeruginosa, B. subtilis, cereus minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value 250 µg/mL. Also, they exhibited antioxidant 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) IC50 values 125 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay that have effective anticancer properties human pancreatic (PANC2) esophagus (KYSE-30) cancer cell lines 48.31 66.94 µg/mL, Anti-reactive oxygen species (Anti-ROS) clearly 89% viability Consequently, our results imply derived from may be better natural therapy than chemical-based sources medicinal purposes.
