The commercial processing of various biomaterials extensively uses azo dyes (including reactive, direct, acidic, and basic dyes). These industrial applications produce wastewater containing a large volume solubilized dye hydrolyzed by-products. treatment such is primarily carried out by chemical and, to an extent, physical methods, which lack selectivity efficiency. Notably, the methods employ free radicals oxidizing agents that further increase waste non-biodegradable side-products. Therefore, there increasing trend using microbial-assisted methods. current study identified specific Agrobacterium strain (JAS1) degraded three structurally distinct (Reactive Black 5, Methyl Orange, Congo Red). JAS1 can tolerate high concentrations be used perform in-solution degradation dyes, respectively: Orange (5.5 g/L 5.0 g/L), Red (0.50 0.40 Reactive 5 (0.45 g/L). Our elucidated molecular mechanisms (primarily enzymatic adsorption) responsible for JAS-1-assisted decoloration dyes. products from these were found biodegradable as germination seedling growth wheat seeds observed. To enhance scope study, JAS1-assisted decolorization was studied cellulosic materials, indicating potential application in de-inking de-dyeing process recycling industries.

Abstract Soil salinity is a major environmental stressor impacting global food production. Staple crops like wheat experience significant yield losses in saline environments. Bioprospecting for beneficial microbes associated with stress-resistant plants offers promising strategy sustainable agriculture. We isolated two novel endophytic bacteria, Bacillus cereus (ADJ1) and Priestia aryabhattai (ADJ6), from Agave desmettiana Jacobi. Both strains displayed potent plant growth-promoting (PGP) traits, such as producing high amounts of indole-3-acetic acid (9.46, 10.00 µgml −1 ), ammonia (64.67, 108.97 µmol ml zinc solubilization (Index 3.33, 4.22, respectively), ACC deaminase production biofilm formation. ADJ6 additionally showed inorganic phosphate (PSI 2.77), atmospheric nitrogen fixation, hydrogen cyanide Wheat seeds primed these endophytes exhibited enhanced germination, improved growth profiles, significantly increased yields field trials. Notably, both ADJ1 tolerated (up to 1.03 M) germination seedling under stress, acting independently synergistically. This study reveals stress-tolerance traits within bacteria A. . Exploiting under-explored microbiomes approach developing salt-tolerant crops, mitigating the impact climate change-induced salinization on security.

Eight gene clusters responsible for synthesizing bioactive metabolites associated with plant growth promotion were identified in the Bacillus cereus strain D1 (BcD1) genome using de novo whole-genome assembly method. The two largest volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and encoding extracellular serine proteases. treatment BcD1 resulted an increase leaf chlorophyll content, size, fresh weight Arabidopsis seedlings. BcD1-treated seedlings also accumulated higher levels of lignin secondary including glucosinolates, triterpenoids, flavonoids, phenolic compounds. Antioxidant enzyme activity DPPH radical scavenging found to be treated as compared control. Euphorbiaceae is a highly diverse family of plants ranging from trees to ground-dwelling minute plants. Many these have multi-faceted attributes like ornamental, medicinal, industrial, and food-relevant values. In addition, they been regarded as keystone resources for investigating plant-specific resilience mechanisms that grant them the dexterity withstand harsh climates. present study, we isolated two co-culturable bacterial endophytes, EP1-AS EP1-BM, stem internodal segments prostate spurge, Euphorbia prostrata, plant member succulent Euphorbiaceae. We characterized using morphological, biochemical, molecular techniques which revealed novel strains Enterobacteriaceae, Lelliotia amnigena. Both isolates significantly were qualified during assaying their growth promotion potentials. BM formed fast-growing swarms while AS showed rounded colonies over nutrient agar. validated PGP effects through in vitro ex seed-priming treatments with wheat tomato, both resulted enhanced seed germination morphometric physiological profiles. extended field trials, could remarkably also exhibit productive yields grain tomato fruit harvests.
