Abstract Varicella-zoster-virus (VZV) reactivation is a recognized complication following COVID-19 vaccination; however, Ramsey-hunt-syndrome (RHS) rarely has been reported. This case presents 36-year-old immunocompetent man with features of RHS three weeks the second dose BBIBP-CorV (Sinopharm) vaccine. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a surge of conspiracy theories and misinformation proliferated across social media platforms. Recognizing severity issue, medical associations began to regard it as significant threat public health systems.
