Plant-mediated silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) possess a variety of biological properties, such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifertility properties. The plant we used in this study is Pongamia pinnata, which have multiple medicinal values. Nevertheless, the possible functionality, although having discovered few works combine it synthesizing AgNPs, has been proven to be limited. In present investigation, for production methanolic leaf extract was from pinnata. Male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups, control group, 3 experimental groups that received different concentrations recovery group. For 60 days, doses administered orally. concentration, progression sperm, serum testosterone concentration histopathological examinations testicular tissues assessed. Sperm analysis AgNP-treated reduced their sperm motility more than group had significantly lower levels at tested, particularly high-dose cohort. Under light microscope, histopathology changes indicated germinal epithelium disrupted, there shrunken seminiferous tubules decreased spermatogenesis. These observed effects AgNP might mean along with bioactive compounds affect spermatogenesis male reproductive hormones. results further suggest positive relationship between dosages manifestation changes.

Coconut is cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas across the globe because of its diverse applications, particularly terms nutritional therapeutic benefits. In order to enhance shelf life coconut meat while maintaining quality, it must be pre-processed. The research aimed determine physicochemical constituents, antioxidant properties, sensory attributes BARI-1 preserved various sugar solutions (40–80)% by thermal processing (boiling microwave) during refrigeration storage (3 ± 1 °C) for 45 days. Based on results characteristics (lightness L*, chroma C*, hue H*, ash, moisture, pH, TSS, fat, fiber), capabilities (DPPH TPC) analysis, there were significant (p < 0.05) variations among treatments. 80 % solution with microwave treatment had significantly higher retention quality parameters compared other treatments storage. After being treated °Brix a 900 W 5 mins, phenolic content activity shown 106.96 mg GAE/100 g 5.88 %, respectively. multivariate statistical analyses, mostly influenced period. There was considerable rise bioactive compounds decrease moisture observed Pearson's correlation analysis further validated findings. days storage, sample (M80) also scores (7.9) boiling (B40) showed (6.5) least overall acceptance analysis. Tender coconut water has been very popular as a natural beverage rich in various electrolytes, amino acids, and vitamins, hence large amount of tender kernel is left without efficient utilization. To explore the possibility making infused kernel, we investigated effects two osmosis methods, including solid-state osmotic dehydration liquid-state dehydration, well agents such sorbitol sucrose, on mass transfer under conditions. The results showed that conditions using sucrose solution, diffusion coefficients were 9.0396 h−1/2 2.9940 h−1/2, respectively, with corresponding 0.3373 0.2452, equilibrium loss rates 49.04% 17.31%, indicating efficiency was significantly higher than dehydration. Under solid conditions, 38.64% 41.95%, dry basis yield increments 61.38% 71.09%, demonstrating superior over osmosis. This study can provide reference for theoretical through also technical support development utilization kernel.

The foundation first-class foremost establishment sericulture diligence through a refining quality threads. botanic extracts are used sustenance silkworms to advance their creation. Coconut and pomegranate fruits enclose several antioxidant amalgams. However, nano-plants modern manner agrarian claims for crop protection. We need inventive tactic protect from any noxious residues. existing study was designed gauge impacts aqueous coconut, pomegranate, zinc oxide nanoparticles derived coconut at fifth instar larvae via scrutinizing biochemical histopathological evaluations 1% concentration after 72 h. Results Our records indicated that synthesized by induced disturbance activities aspartate transaminase, alanine phenol oxidase, total protein compared control treatment, (P < 0.001). Also, some repetitions persuaded silkworms, such as disorganization gland apoptotic appearance zone glands, also no formed cocoon. Still, convinced significant variation factors histological architecture silkworm with formation decent Conclusions To sum up, this investigation revealed lethal effect green synthesis promising nutritional use feeding. Lastly, research exhibited negative influence nanotechnology on physiological manners positive natural plants them. Thus, progresses production required further augment using plant nutritive source silkworms.
