ABSTRACT The increasing emphasis on environmental sustainability and the need for eco‐friendly solutions has intensified interest in bio‐fabricated titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanoparticles due to their unique properties versatile applications. This review provides a comprehensive insight into synthesis of TiO using various biological sources, including plants microorganisms, highlighting advantages green methods over conventional techniques. antimicrobial activity against range pathogens, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis , opportunistic species Staphylococcus, Teschovirus A, Trichoderma, Candida albicans been examined scripted research papers, along with underlying mechanisms that contribute efficacy. Additionally, potential cancer therapy is explored, focusing ability induce apoptosis cells applications photodynamic therapy. Furthermore, discussion nanoparticles, role wastewater treatment, air purification, as photocatalysts degradation organic pollutants, agriculture, energy production, electronic sensing emphasized its importance maintaining sustainability. By elucidating multifaceted roles this study underscores promising alternative healthcare management, paving way future nanotechnology.

ABSTRACT Infectious diseases and cancer are two significant groups of attributed to the major death around globe. There is a need develop innovative strategies treat antibiotic resistance bacteria effectively. In this context, present work focused on development calcium oxide (CaO) CaO modified with chitosan dopamine nanocomposites (CaO–Cs–Dop) as potential antibacterial, anticancer, antioxidant agents. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized using various characterization techniques. FTIR revealed functional samples indicating successful preparation nanoparticles. XRD fcc cubic nature crystallite size was found be 23 nm for CaO–Cs–DOP 31 DLS results confirmed mean particle hydrodynamic 231.90 189.90 nanocomposite. disk diffusion assay carried out against common pathogenic bacterial strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Klebsiella pneumoniae Vibrio cholerae Escherichia coli Shigella dysenteriae . MTT determine anticancer activity MOLT‐4 cell line, human acute lymphoblastic leukemia model. indicated that exhibited enhanced antibacterial activities compared bare nanoparticles, making them promising multifunctional agent in biomedical applications.
