With the expansion of manufacturing sector, it has become crucial to incorporate sustainable production methods in order remain competitive market. This study focuses on addressing needs industry by conducting a sustainability analysis electric discharge machining for SS310 alloy. The explores impact various electrode materials, instance, copper and brass, as well different variables, including current (I = 4–12 A), spark gap (SG 6–12 mu), pulse duration (Pon 15–45 μs), duty cycle (DC 75–85%) using Taguchi method. objective is optimize performance measures, which includes material removal rate (MRR), surface roughness (Ra), wear (EW), energy consumption (EC). In addition, economic process takes into account factors such cost, dielectric EW labor machine depreciation cost both types electrodes. Furthermore, investigates carbon emissions resulting from EC, consumption, assess environmental process. Multi-criteria decision-making approach employed taking several performance, simultaneously. From empirical analysis, been observed that outperformed brass terms MRR (2.67 mm3/min), Ra (3.36 µm), (0.272 g), EC (145.08 kJ) due its superior electrical thermal characteristics. offered lower costs (2.02 PKR) attributed higher conductivity while (5.5 (5.2 than brass. However, revealed application results (80.1 99.3 PKR, respectively) primarily shorter time. showed utilization leads reduced 9.8 g CO2 during (5.07 CO2) (54.58 compared electrode. Based multi-criteria composite desirability function approach, evident exhibits MRR, Ra, total cost. Conversely, demonstrates better overall emissions.

The importance of metaverse and blockchain technologies in today’s global landscape cannot be overstated. These innovative offer transformative potential for various sectors, including economics, by enhancing connectivity, security transparency. present study leverages these to investigate their dynamic impacts, conjunction with geopolitical risk, on economic cycles navigate the challenges an interconnected world. To ensure reliability our findings, this employs two proxies gauge cycles: green growth environmental sustainability. By utilizing daily data, reveals several noteworthy findings. First, quantile-var-based network analysis demonstrates a robust directional connection among variables model. Second, wavelet quantile correlation technique uncovers significant role technology influencing promoting sustainability across all time horizons (short, medium long term). Third, exhibit negative association financial innovation positive risk timeframes. Fourth, continuous transform causality test identifies substantial causal relationship running from technology, cycles. Based empirical results, recommends that economy should continue investing address future.

Purpose Natural calamities like earthquakes, floods and epidemics/pandemics COVID-19 significantly disrupt almost all the supply networks, ranging from medicines to numerous daily/emergency use items. Supply Chain Resilience is one such option overcome impact of disruption, which achieved by developing chain factors with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Big Data Analytics (BDA). Design/methodology/approach This research examines how organizations using AI BDA can bring resilience chains. To achieve objective, authors developed methodology gather useful information literature studied Total Interpretive Structural Modeling (TISM) consulting 44 professionals. The a quantitative questionnaire collect 229 responses further test model. With analysis, conceptual comprehensive framework developed. Findings A major finding, this advocates that contingent upon utilizing analytics. An empirical study provides evidence utilization analytics has positive favorable effect on flexibility demand forecasting inventory management, resulting in increased efficiency. Originality/value Few studies demonstrate advanced technology building resilient chains enhancing their factors. best authors' knowledge, no earlier researcher attempted infuse into make them resilient.

The current study investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) impacts sustainable development in emerging markets, with a focus on Thailand. Following systematic review approach, research designs are configured for reviewing empirical evidence within peer-reviewed papers and reports. It also presents an overview of the adoption AI agriculture, health, urban planning. key findings lend credence to potential use achieving resource optimality, reducing environmental damage, urging social equity its use. But these very initiatives hampered by digital divide, concerns about data privacy, bias algorithms. way forward should be establish solid, regulatory frameworks geared towards more investment infrastructure ethical practices that will lead optimal gains. huge potentials enable sustainability Thailand there; hence, it is important reduce associated risks require equitably distributed results all sectors.
