This study addresses the significant challenge posed by use of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT on integrity online examinations, focusing how these models can undermine academic honesty demonstrating their latent and advanced reasoning capabilities. An iterative self-reflective strategy was developed for invoking critical thinking higher-order in LLMs when responding to complex multimodal exam questions involving both visual textual data. The proposed demonstrated evaluated real subject experts performance (GPT-4) with vision estimated an additional dataset 600 text descriptions questions. results indicate that invoke multi-hop capabilities within LLMs, effectively steering them towards correct answers integrating from each modality into final response. Meanwhile, considerable proficiency being able answer across 12 subjects. ChatGPT is a large language model trained on increasingly datasets to perform diverse language-based tasks. It capable of answering multiple-choice questions, such as those posed by medical examinations. has been generating considerable attention in both academic and non-academic domains recent months. In this study, we aimed assess GPT’s performance anatomical questions retrieved from licensing examinations Germany. Two different versions were compared. GPT-3.5 demonstrated moderate accuracy, correctly 60–64% the autumn 2022 spring 2021 exams. contrast, GPT-4.o showed significant improvement, achieving 93% accuracy exam 100% exam. When tested 30 unique not available online, maintained 96% rate. Furthermore, consistently outperformed students across six state exams, with statistically mean score 95.54% compared students’ 72.15%. The study demonstrates that outperforms its predecessor, GPT-3.5, cohort students, indicating potential powerful tool education assessment. This improvement highlights rapid evolution LLMs suggests AI could play an important role supporting enhancing training, potentially offering supplementary resources for professionals. However, further research needed limitations practical applications systems real-world practice.

Abstract Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a cutting-edge technology capable of producing text, images, and various media content leveraging generative models user prompts. Between 2022 2023, AI surged in popularity with plethora applications spanning from AI-powered movies to chatbots. This paper investigates the potential within realm World Wide Web, specifically focusing on image generation. Web developers already harness help craft text while browsers might use it future locally generate images for tasks such as repairing broken webpages, conserving bandwidth, enhancing privacy. To explore this research area, developed WebDiffusion , tool that allows simulate powered by stable diffusion, popular text-to-image model, both client server perspective. Our findings suggest pertinent high-quality even without requiring designers manually input prompts, just contextual information available However, direct in-browser generation remains challenge, only highly powerful GPUs, A40 A100, (partially) compete classic downloads. Nevertheless, approach could valuable subset example, when fixing webpages or handling private content.
