Research findings indicate that programmed cell death (PCD) plays a pivotal role in the pathophysiology of spinal cord injury (SCI), and recently discovered form death, disulfidptosis, has emerged as novel phenomenon. However, characterization disulfidptosis-related genes SCI remains insufficiently explored. We retrieved SCI-related data from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database identified three key associated with disulfidptosis human (CAPZB, SLC3A2, TLN1), whose mediated signaling pathways are closely intertwined SCI. Subsequent functional enrichment analysis suggested these may regulate multiple exert corresponding roles pathology.
