Power bases in management are crucial for leaders to effectively influence their teams and achieve organizational goals. Management consultants leverage various power bases, particularly Expert Referent power, client organizations drive change. While previous studies have examined factors distinguishing successful the they need motivate clients, focused solely on consultants’ perspectives. This study investigates relationship between (principally Referent) clients’ self-efficacy managerial stress. The aim is determine how use of base affects experience outcomes. One hundred clients participated a testing correlation stress management. Using moderation statistical models, significant was found self-efficacy, with moderating this relationship. Consulting success measured by extent which it enhances enabling them goals overcome challenges. results show that boosting except under conditions high contributes literature highlighting key offering new insights into dynamics consulting. Background Chinese nurses experience high level of psychological distress, which negatively impacts nurses' mental health. A daily positive work reflection intervention is a widely disseminated employee management program, designed to improve wellbeing. The program has shown promising results in management, but rarely been tested healthcare settings, such as among nurses. Objective purpose this study evaluate the efficacy for distress Methods This used switching replication design and randomly allocated 205 two groups (i.e., experimental group waitlist control group) with three waves measurement at pre-treatment, immediate post-treatment (T2), (for after switch, T3) changes distress. Results In addition significant within improvements over time both groups, OLS linear regression Full Information Likelihood Estimation revealed statistically between treatment effects across outcome domains, including b = 22.60, p < 0.001, g 11.34, somatic symptoms, 6.79, 6.56, depressive 8.15, 8.19, anxiety 7.69, 8.23.
