Abstract Cadmium toxicity in the soil is an alarming issue, and among innumerable approaches, microbe-facilitated nanoparticle application for alleviation of Cd stress a well-accepted technique. The present study explored efficiency combined TiO 2 -NPs Staphylococcus aureus M1 strains mitigation wheat plants. Results depicted that attenuates growth attributes while collective NPs microbes significantly upsurges as contrasted to treatment. Combined increased total chlorophyll (12), (10), b (11), carotenoids (13%) under (50 mg kg − 1 ) compared microbial MDA (4), H O (3), EL (5%) were down-regulated with CAT (17), SOD (7), POD (8), APX (29%) comparison accumulation roots (34), shoots (23), grains (27%) reduced application, contrary Subsequently, sustainable solution boost crop production stress.

Abstract Field experiments were conducted during two crop seasons (Rabi 2023 and Kharif 2024) to determine physiological, biochemical nutritional responses of rice the foliar spray nano DAP (nDAP) in comparison conventional DAP. The data on SEM images showed that nDAP gets absorbed by leaves rapidly within 2 hours cDAP (> 12 hrs). Combined application 75% RDP with rounds at critical stages had significantly higher photosynthetic rates (3.4–7.7%), stomatal conductance (18–23%), transpiration rate (6–7%) SPAD (12.9–16.6%) than spray. Nitrogen assimilatory enzymes NR (nDAP 21.6; 18.9 µg NO2 g− 1h− 1), GS 240.8; 160.2 µmol 1 FW h− GOGAT 207.5; 194.4 NADH 1) ASP 654.2; 531.7 activities sprayed plants. Nano plants N P contents growth stages. Data plant system orchestrate physiological processes nitrogen phosphorous pathways collectively contributed for improved contents. This one early reports suggesting insights involved leading nutrient status.
