Abstract
Based
on
the
Chinese
provincial
panel
data
from
2011
to
2022,
this
paper
innovatively
use
spatial
double/debiased
machine
learning
(DDML)
model,
planar
and
mediating
model
study
effect,
mechanisms
of
digitalization
carbon
emissions
in
both
local
surrounding
areas.
The
empirical
