Background and objectives: Due to the regeneration potential of growth factors (GFs) platelet concentrates (PCs), facial rejuvenation has been a major area attention in esthetic medicine. The effectiveness safety PCs GFs promoting face are examined this systematic review, which is complemented by case series. essential for collagen production dermal matrix remodeling, while PCs, like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), abundant bioactive chemicals that promote tissue healing cellular regeneration. Materials Methods: A comprehensive literature search was performed on PubMed, Web Science, Scopus, focusing human clinical trials published between February 2019 2024 related PRP esthetics. Results: Thirteen studies met inclusion criteria were analyzed. Conclusions: review summarizes most recent data patient outcomes, treatment regimens, possible hazards. series goes with it shows real-world examples how improve skin elasticity, texture, general appearance little negative side effects.
