In modern interior design, the selection of materials and structural optimization are critical to achieving both functionality aesthetic appeal. Triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS), with their outstanding mechanical properties lightweight characteristics, have increasingly attracted attention designers. this study, Gyroid (G) TPMS structures were fabricated using LCD-based photopolymerization technology, ten models parameter T ranging from [1/5, 2] designed. Finite element simulations experimental validations employed thoroughly analyze compressive strength G surfaces, particularly when = 1/3. The results revealed that at 1/3, exhibited stress concentration, a moderate number meshes, optimal values for compression crush rate porosity error. Furthermore, 1/3 50%, additional parameters such as surface offset, cell thickness, offset gradient distribution adjusted design four distinct structures. Compression tests conducted investigate effects different loading directions on properties, deformation behavior, energy absorption.
