The agro-tourism integration model combines agricultural production, rural life, and tourism experiences, bringing new opportunities for the sustainable development of counties. objective this study is to explore impact on counties, reveal underlying mechanisms regional heterogeneity effects, provide a scientific basis formulation revitalization policies. Based panel data from 1749 counties in China 2008 2021, an empirical test using propensity score matching-difference-in-differences (PSM-DID) found that National Policy Leisure Agriculture Rural Tourism Demonstration Counties significantly enhances level through three mechanisms: stimulating consumer demand, attracting capital inflows, optimizing industrial structure.
