After 35 years of a free market in Poland, three life insurance companies have gained dominant position the and developed certain procedural equilibrium area training, allowing their status quo to be maintained. Yet, they do not take into account opinions agents possibility using latest IT developments, including artificial intelligence, which supports increasingly broad areas activity organisations with great success. As independent sales force training poses challenge any national or multinational company constantly changing global economy, primary focus this research was analyse top 438 from companies. A need emphasised reconfigure existing programmes potential for AI involvement achieve more effective educational trajectory.
