Muslim consumers prioritize the assurance of halal certification when purchasing products for consumption, as adherence to their religious beliefs is paramount. Within framework One Belt Road (OBOR) initiative, which encompasses approximately 72 countries—nearly half are predominantly Muslim—it essential recognize significance product integrity and authenticity. Given substantial market potential in these regions, stakeholders must focus on meeting demand nutritional foods. This approach not only satisfies consumers’ requirements but also fosters trust loyalty within this diverse demographic. An online survey consisting two segments was conducted, responses were analyzed using STATA version 16. The disseminated through email, Facebook, WhatsApp, resulting a total 435 responses, 399 deemed complete suitable analysis. In second segment, 279 respondents evaluated, comprising 18 producers, 33 intermediaries, 70 wholesalers, 158 retailers, assess growing foods understand prevailing business trends. results reveal that 1-unit increase availability video links leads 63.4% customer demand, while belief satisfaction increases 23.3 5% respectively, highlighting importance transparency, compliance, consumer driving products. initial analysis behavior OBOR countries, followed by thorough examination provides valuable insights into projected growth Halal food. With an estimated 1.9 billion Muslims constituting 25.01% global population—and 92% residing nations—it evident dietary principles transcend national boundaries.
