Electronic health (e-health) literacy assists adolescents in seeking accurate and valid information. In this study, we aim to understand e-health among Palestinian adolescents, by exploring their skills online information-seeking strategies understanding the socio-demographic influences. A qualitative study was conducted through seven semi-structured, face-to-face focus group discussions with 52 aged 15-19 from five districts West Bank, occupied territory (oPt). Participants were selected using maximum variation sampling. Data collected January March 2024, each consisting of 6 9 participants. analyzed a thematic analysis approach. E-health is influenced individual, system, interaction aspects. Individually, set skills, including ability recognize misleading content, key milestone. At system level, prefer direct communication experts rely on search engines like Google, verifying information various strategies.
