Türkiye has a unique position globally as it connects the Asian and European continents. In this study, genetic diversity of total 27 mulberry (Morus alba) genotypes collected from northeastern was evaluated in terms morphological, biochemical, molecular characteristics. fruits genotypes, fruit weight (FW) ranged 2.00 to 5.13 g, width (Fw) 12.64 16.93 mm, length (FL) 20.89 32.34 mm. Total soluble solids (TSS) 16.56% 26.00%, pH 3.87 5.10, phenolic content (TPC) 72.69 171.34 mg GAE/100 flavonoid (TFC) 75.55 86.85 QE 100/g, antioxidant activity (AA) 42.35% 74.93%. According principal component analysis (PCA), first three components (eigenvalue ≥ 1.00) explain 54.05% variation. general, leaf characteristics were more effective two components, while biochemical traits third component. As result using 13 inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) primers, 94.23% 76 bands polymorphic. Molecular variance (AMOVA) showed that within population, variation 79%, among populations, 21%. The similarities UPGMA dendrogram created according results varied between 0.74 0.98, divided into main groups. This study guides breeders future studies by evaluating perspectives explaining wide genotypes.
