Abstract Benzothiazole‐doped porous organic polymers ( POP‐MBTS ) were synthesized from a copolymerization reaction of 2‐(6‐(4‐vinylphenyl)pyridin‐2‐yl)benzo[ d ]thiazole with divinylbenzene. The corresponding POP‐MBTS‐Ir was obtained and fully characterized using SEM, TEM, EDS, TGA, XPS, N 2 sorption isotherms, which disclosed that this catalyst has high surface area, hierarchical porosity, thermodynamic stability. Importantly, revealed catalytic activity for ten different kinds borrowing hydrogen dehydrogenation reactions in water good recovery performance. Furthermore, mechanistic investigations conducted the synthesis triazine derivatives.

Abstract Rational ligand design is crucial for achieving widespread applications of coordination polymers. The preparation, structural characterisation, and catalytic zirconium (IV) polymer (Zr‐IDA), which was derived from 1‐(carboxymethyl)‐1H‐indazole‐5‐carboxylic acid are reported. Zr‐IDA catalyst contains porous highly crystalline particles with a quasi‐spherical morphology around 100 nm in size, Zr coordinated both O N as shown by FT‐IR XPS measurements. Importantly, the shows great activity, selectivity stability oxidative coupling benzyl cyanides tert ‐butyl hydroperoxide to afford peresters, dehydrogenation cyclization o ‐phenylenediamines aromatic alcohols 1,2‐disubstituted benzimidazole derivatives. Mechanistic investigations were carried out study these reactions developed system more detail.
