In this study, [email protected] ([email protected]) was synthesized as a novel adsorbent for extraction of Penicillin G (PG) from the synthetic and real samples followed by HPLC determination. The adsorbents were characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FTIR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission (TEM) nitrogen adsorption–desorption techniques. factors influencing efficiency including pH, sorbent dose, time, solvent type its volume investigated optimized. Under optimal conditions (sorbent dosage: 25 mg, desorption (acetonitrile) with 0.75 mL; pH: 6 time: 50 min), demonstrated high linearity (R2 > 0.999) concentration penicillin ranging 1 to 300 μg L−1. Extraction recovery in 98.977%, LOD = 0.493 L−1, LOQ 1.638 L−1 RSD < 1.953%. method successfully applied determination PG water (tap, river, lake well water) wastewater (SH SHB hospital effluent). obtained relative recoveries range 91.31% -123.27% less than 6.34% all samples. dominant mechanism adsorption process involved π-π interaction, hydrogen bonding, electrostatic interaction.
