Abstract In this study, a highly effective microwave‐assisted method employing multicomponent domino Knoevenagel/phospha‐Michael reaction has been established. This approach facilitates the synthesis of novel set pyrazolylphosphonate derivatives in good yields by combining aryl aldehydes with pyrazolones and trialkylphosphites, utilizing piperidine as Bronsted base catalyst. All pyrazolylphosphonates have characterized means IR, 1 H‐NMR, 13 C‐NMR, HRMS analyses physical methods. protocol can be its eco‐friendly nature, exceptional efficiency terms product yields, short times.

Several catalytic reactions such as Ullmann, Chan–Lam, Huisgen 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition, [2 + 3] condensation, and coupling under suitable conditions have been used for the synthesis of fundamental structures containing a carbon–nitrogen (C–N) bond. Graphene oxide (GO) its derivatives heterogeneous catalysts attracted considerable attention organic building blocks. Loading GO with copper complexes or nanoparticles, one most abundant low toxic transition metals, allowed to design new composites predominant ability C–N bond formation. In this review article, we present comprehensive overview on blocks amines, triazoles, tetrazoles, propargyl imidazoles, benzodiazepines using loaded nanoparticles.

Abstract A C(5)−H remote functionalization of 8‐aminoquinoline derivatives with para ‐quinone methides, affording direct access to unsymmetrical tri(hetero)arylmethanes in 69–96 % yield is described. This method provides diverse a broad scope and regioselective manner. The transformation works well electron‐rich electron‐deficient substrates.

The title molecule, C 29 H N 3 O 4 S, adopts a conformation with the two phenyl substituents disposed on opposite sides of mean plane isoquinoline unit. In crystal, corrugated layers molecules are formed by N—H...O, C—H...N and C—H...S hydrogen bonds together C—H...π(ring) interactions. These connected C—H...O contacts. Hirshfeld surface analysis crystal structure indicates that most important contributions for packing from H...H (45.2%), C...H/H...C (20.2%), O...H/H...O (15.8%) N...H/H...N (11.0%)
