Host–guest metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) offer significant potential and value in regulating optimizing novel material properties functionalities, owing to the synergistic effects between host framework guest units. This study reported two silver-based host–guest MOFs, [Ag(ATRZ)(BrO3)]n (CMOF-1) [Ag(ATRZ)1.5(ClO4)]n (CMOF-2), as promising candidates for laser-responsive materials. These materials feature 1D 3D structures, respectively, comprising Ag-ATRZ cationic MOF integrated with distinct oxidizing anionic guests, BrO3– ClO4–. CMOF-1 CMOF-2 are synthesized through straightforward, environmentally benign methods, enabling rapid fabrication. The exceptional near-infrared (NIR) laser responsiveness of was achieved modulation MOFs (CMOFs) architectures interactions components. Moreover, both exhibit ultrafast deflagration-to-detonation transition (DDT) capabilities, alongside excellent thermal stability. work expands application scope provides an effective strategy developing high-performance

For the first time, highly sensitive 1-(nitratomethyl)-5H-tetrazole (1-NAMT) was synthesized, representing shortest possible 1-(nitratoalkyl)-5H-tetrazole with a combined nitrogen and oxygen content of 81.4%. Compared to its related ethyl derivative, 1-(nitratoethyl)-5H-tetrazole, it exhibits improved balance, resulting in higher detonation parameters. 1-NAMT thoroughly analyzed by single-crystal diffraction experiments accompanied elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 14N) NMR measurements. The thermal behavior differential analysis supported thermogravimetric analysis. Furthermore, energetic coordination compounds (ECCs) Cu different inorganic (e.g., nitrate, chlorate, perchlorate) nitroaromatic anions picrate styphnate) were synthesized analyzed. It is shown that formation ECCs (Tdec ∼ 180 °C) suitable strategy improve rather low stability (125 °C).

Functionalization one ring nitrogen atoms aim this study to adjust sensitivity by inserting nitratoethyl, azidoethyl methyl groups. In context, 2-(2-azidoethyl)-5-nitraminotetrazoles (2, 2 a-2 d), as well 1-nitrato 1-azidoethyl substituted 5-azidotetrazole (7 10) methylation products (5-azido-1-methyl-tetrazole, 11 5-azido-2-methyl-tetrazole, 12) were prepared. The obtained nitrogen-rich compounds extensively characterized through multinuclear NMR spectroscopy IR spectroscopy. structural confinement was checked X-ray diffraction experiments. pure samples (verified elemental analysis) investigated regarding behavior toward friction, impact (BAM methods) electrostatic discharge heating (DTA DSC).
