Abstract

plays
a
vital
role
in
cancer
development,
physiological
metabolism,
and
other
life
processes.
The
rapid
development
of
nanotechnology
has
greatly
facilitated
the
application
Cu‐based
nanomaterials
(NMs).
Originating
from
fascinating
physicochemical
properties
biological
effects,
NMs
play
diagnosis
therapy.
In
this
paper,
preparation
is
discussed
first.
Then
key
factors
affecting
therapeutic
effect
on
cancers
are
introduced.
Next,
latest
therapy
strategies
for
exemplified.
Finally,
critical
problems

forward
to
future
applications
summarized.
