The construction of a highly luminescent, stable, and target-insensitive internal reference signal is significant in ratiometric color tonality applications. Improvement the antenna effect, efficient mechanism that enhances luminescence emission via sensitization, an effective route to obtain bright luminescence. Additionally, manipulation crystal structure morphology key issue control reactivity, especially metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). In present work, novel red emitter Eu/Zn bimetal biligand MOF (UoZ-5) was synthesized used as signal. A dual-antenna from triplet states (T1) ligands 5Do Eu3+ ion, observed explained on basis energy levels. With UoZ-5 serving reference, blue-emitting carbon quantum dots (CQDs) selective for Ag+ ions nonfluorescent composite, CQDs@Ag+, probe vitamin B1, tonality-based platform analysis were developed.

Abstract Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) are a new variety of solid crystalline porous functional materials. As an extension inorganic materials, it has made important progress in preparation and application. MOFs widely used various fields such as gas adsorption storage, drug delivery, sensing, biological imaging due to their high specific surface area, porosity, adjustable pore size, abundant active sites, modification by introducing groups. In this paper, the types classified, synthesis methods mechanisms materials summarized. Finally, application prospects challenges metal‐organic framework biomedical field discussed, hoping promote multidisciplinary fields.

The exploration of smart sensors is great significance for the selectivity, sensitivity, and ability to show low detection limit target analyte. Here, we have used linker H2L (5-((anthracen-9-ylmethyl)amino)isophthalic acid) construction {[Cd(L)(DMF)(H2O)2]·H2O}n (1) which in order with chromophore anthracene moiety free −NH functionality as a guest interaction site. This framework showed luminescence recovery "turn-on" Al3+ ion an aqueous solution. An exhaustive mechanism study disclosed that Lewis acid–base-type between –NH revealed absorbance caused enhancement sensing event. Besides event, "turn-off" phenomenon 1 also noticed when it detects hazardous oxo-anions (MnO4– CrO42–) values 17.08 19.91 ppb, respectively. these diverse analytes are very fast (10 s) they can be recognized through colorimetric response. mechanisms established by photoinduced electron transfer, Forster resonance energy inert filter effect along theoretical investigation. Furthermore, application versatile podium, MOF gel composite, 1@AA (AA = Agar–Agar), was developed from AA. Interestingly, under UV light. Therefore, sensor behaves sensory material recognition above simultaneous effect.
