The present work aims at preparing the EDTA–Zn(II) complex─supported on amine-functionalized MIL-101(Cr) MOF─as a new and effective heterogenized catalyst. optimization of hydrothermal process shows that 120 °C is best condition to grow MIL-101(Cr)–NH2 MOF crystals. Moreover, regarding use postsynthetic modification (PSM) method, hexadentate EDTA was grafted this support via simple aminolysis before further coordinating it with Zn ions create corresponding Zn(II) catalytic complex. activity compound then investigated in context one-pot synthesis polyhydroquinolines. This approach has number advantages including following: solvent not hazardous, applying porous catalyst inexpensive, secure, recyclable; rapid reaction times, high levels efficiency, simplicity separation. The selective oxidation of active and inactive alcohol substrates is a highly versatile conversion that poses challenge in controlling the functionality adjustments on MOFs. On other hand, it offers an attractive opportunity to expand their applications designing next generation catalysts with improved performance. Herein, novel iron-based MOF containing sulfonamide (MOF-BASU1) has been fabricated by reaction 1,3-benzene disulfonylchloride linker FeCl3·6H2O. Based results, surface area synthesized large, which highlights its unique catalytic activity. Optimum conditions were reached after 0.5-2 h, 15 mg loading under optimal conditions. Furthermore, turnover frequency was 18-77.6 h-1, comparable values previously reported for this process. Overall, high activity observed MOF-BASU1 might be because obtained Lewis acidic Fe nodes. revealed remarkable chemoselectivity aldehydes presence aliphatic alcohols. product yields, facile recovery nanocatalysts, short times, broad substrate range make process environmentally friendly, practical, economically justified.

A new natural-based catalyst named Bentonite/Ti(IV) was prepared and characterized by FT-IR, FESEM, TEM, TGA, EDS-MAP, XRD, BET, XRF, XPS ICP- MS.
