ABSTRACT A 3 coupling reaction is a multicomponent (MCR) involving aryl aldehydes, phenyl acetylenes and amines to synthesize variety of biologically active propargylamine derivatives. Herein, we report the preparation cube‐shaped CuFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles (NPs) via hydrothermal method in presence Lantana camara flower (LCF) extract use them as catalysts X‐ray diffraction study confirms formation NPs with cubic spinel structures. In LCF extract, are formed predominantly irrespective type alkali used hydrolyzing agent. However, mixture nearly spherical particles has been absence additives. The synthesized exhibit superparamagnetic behaviour magnetically ordered. excellent catalytic activity between benzaldehyde, piperidine phenylacetylene give yield 90% under optimum conditions. catalyst highly stable retrievable facilitating reusability for up five cycles without considerable loss activity. protocol suitable synthesis diverse range derivatives moderate yield.
