Doxycycline
(DOX)
is
extensively
utilized
as
a
broad-spectrum
antibiotic
in
animals
and
aquaculture.
However,
excessive
residues
of
DOX
can
endanger
human
health
ecosystems,
adversely
affecting
sustainable
development.
A
novel
ratiometric
fluorescent
probe
was
designed
for
specific
monitoring
based
on
boron-
nitrogen-codoped
carbon
quantum
dots
encapsulated
metal–organic
frameworks
coupled
with
molecularly
imprinted
polymers
(B,N-CQDs/ZIF-8@MIP).
In
the
existence
DOX,
blue
fluorescence
quenched
owing
to
inner
filter
effect,
while
yellow-green
enhanced
due
combination
Zn2+.
Benefiting
from
dual-signal
strategy
layer,
exhibited
wide
linearity
range
(0.05–20
mg
L–1),
favorable
detection
limit
(LOD)
14.21
ng
mL–1,
fast
response
time
(5
min),
exceptional
selectivity.
The
validity
verified
by
detecting
lake
water
milk
desirable
recoveries
(90.16–97.18%).
Moreover,
portable
sensing
device
smartphone-integrated
B,N-CQDs/ZIF-8@MIP
achieve
visual
clear
color
change
an
LOD
44.98
mL–1.
Therefore,
sensor
advantages
portability,
easy
operation,
sensitivity
showed
tremendous
application
prospects
on-site
food
environmental
safety.
