With the development of modern technology, construction industry, and navigation metal Cu alloy has become an important material in mainstream industrial applications. As indispensable basic field science its problem with corrosion is still a long-term that scientists have been working to solve. In this paper, air spraying technology used prepare Al2O3-PDMS composite coating. By adjusting content Al2O3, surface can reach different wetting states. The results show potential as-prepared superhydrophobic coating increases by 70 mV compared substrate, current density decreases one order magnitude, impedance modulus from 2000 12,000 Ω⋅cm2, indicating significantly enhanced resistance. It also possesses excellent anti-pollution anti-icing behaviors, thereby allowing them work harsh conditions.
