Flavonoids derived from plants in the citrus family can have an alleviating effect on allergic asthma. The aim of this study was to provide insights into mechanisms by which these compounds exert their effects asthma combining theoretical and practical approaches. Aurantii Fructus Immaturus flavonoids (AFIFs) were obtained solvent extraction determined high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In vivo vitro experiments combined with network pharmacology, Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis AutoDock method applied mechanism effects. main AFIFs found be hesperidin (13.21 mg/g), neohesperidin (287.26 naringin (322.56 narirutin (19.35 mg/g). Based pharmacology MR results, five targets Caspase 3 (CASP3), CyclinD1 (CCND1), Intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM), erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 (ERBB2), rubisco accumulation factor 1 (RAF1) selected, interactions between studied using Vina. results indicated that glycosidic bonds play important role both ERBB2 RAF1.

Background Natural medicines present a considerable analytical challenge due to their diverse botanical origins and complex multi‐species composition. This inherent complexity complicates rapid identification analysis. Tangerine peel, product of the Citrus species from Rutaceae family, is widely used both as culinary ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine. It classified into two primary types China: Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (CP) Viride (QP), differentiated by harvest time. A notable price disparity exists between CP another variety, reticulatae “Chachi” (GCP), with differences being based on original variety. Methods study introduces an innovative method using portable miniature mass spectrometry for swift on‐site analysis QP, CP, GCP, requiring less than minute per sample. And combined machine learning differentiate three site, was try distinguish GCP different storage years. Results novel tangerine peels enabled characterization 22 compounds one The simplifies sample processing integrates varieties. Moreover, multiple‐perceptron neural network model further employed specifically addressing significant gap them. Conclusions entire time about 1 minute, samples can be analyzed greatly reducing cost testing. Besides, this approach versatile, operates independently location environmental conditions, offers valuable tool assessing quality natural medicines.
