Abstract Negative dichroic dyes are crucial for enhancing the brightness of liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and modulating circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) in cholesteric crystals (CLCs) through supramolecular co‐assembly. However, majority fluorescent molecules exhibit positive dichroism, there is a limited understanding designing negative molecules. In this paper, novel design principle proposed to construct polymer by introducing space charge transfer (TSCT) side chain structure backbone. Specifically, two conjugated polymers (P1, P2) synthesized using Suzuki coupling reaction donor‐acceptor (D‐A) type monomers (V‐type M1 I‐type M2) with fluorenyl monomer. P1 exhibits its orientational order parameter (S F ) up S FP1 = –0.18. On contrary, P2 dichroism ( FP2 + 0.27). This variation arises from differing orientations rigidly functional chains FM1 0.07; FM2 0.31), which affect alignment (parallel or perpendicular) backbone toward CLCs phenomenon facilitates controllable precisely modulates handedness CPL signals, thereby facilitating successful implementation multidimensional information encryption systems CLCs.

Abstract Stimuli‐responsive circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) materials have been attaching wide attention in the field of optical information storage and encryption, while still facing challenge realization high dissymmetry factors ( g lum ). This work presents a pair stimuli‐responsive chiral co‐assemblies P7R3 P7S3 by combining polymer PFIQ containing iso ‐quinoline units with inducers. The obtained can reversibly undergo significant modification CPL behavior under trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) fumigation annealing treatment, |g | values exhibiting reversible shift between 0.2 0.3. Moreover, before TFA fumigating effectively induce achiral emitters to generate intense full‐color signals through energy transfer (CPL‐ET), corresponding larger than 0.2. encryption decryption as well multi‐level logic gates application are achieved leveraging activity co‐assembly. provides new perspective for construction luminescent large activation emitters.
