Two new isomorphic lanthanide coordination polymers (Ln-CPs), [Tb2(DCTPA)3(DMSO)2]n and [Eu2(DCTPA)3(DMSO)2H2O]n (denoted as DCTPA-Tb DCTPA-Eu), are constructed using the dichloroterephthalate ligand Ln3+ (Tb3+ or Eu3+) ions under solvothermal conditions. DCTPA-Eu show similar but different three-dimensional frameworks. Then, six two-color doped DCTPA-EuxTb1–x fabricated by doping diverse concentrations of Eu3+ Tb3+ based on DCTPA-Tb. Interestingly, in process doping, with an increase proportion ions, luminous color changes from green to red. When is basically unchanged, structure will also change when continues increase.

A dual-emitter luminescent Eu-doped Y-MOF was successfully constructed by using a cation exchange strategy. As self-calibrated thermometer, this MOF exhibits excellent fluorescence performance for wide-range temperature sensing.
