Novel MgNb 2 O 6 :Cr 3+ phosphors ( D q / B ∼ 1.65) yield broadband short-wave NIR emission peaking at 970 nm (FWHM = 155 nm, IQE ∼85.5%, EQE ∼25.2%). A self-built pc -LED works well for bioimaging, nondestructive detection, intelligent identification, etc .

Trichromatic phosphors can be blended to produce white light‐emitting diodes (WLEDs) by altering the mixing ratio, albeit with inherent limitations like inadequate thermal stability and imprecise sample proportions. In this study, a series of single‐host CaYGaO 4 :Dy 3+ (CYGO:Dy ) are synthesized using high‐temperature solid‐state reaction method. The microstructure prepared samples is analyzed through X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy. results confirm that Dy ions effectively doped into (CYGO) host. band structure state density CYGO calculated based on functional theory (DFT). Furthermore, gap ( E g was verified tested absorption spectra (Abs) data. CYGO:Dy , there two excitations in ultraviolet region, 347 364 nm, excitation peaks mainly composed 485 nm blue region 570 yellow region. Finally, phosphor integrated 365 chip LED device, its performance thoroughly analyzed. investigation confirms promising application as single‐phase warm realm indoor lighting applications.
