Abstract Photothermal‐triggering shape memory polyurethane allows for precise and controllable transformation under remote light stimulation, making it highly desirable applications in intelligent devices. This study develops a sustainable high‐performance lignin‐based (LPU) using one‐stone‐two‐birds strategy, wherein lignin serves as both synthetic monomer an internal photothermal agent. The incorporation of significantly improved the mechanical properties LPU, achieving tensile strength 42.1 MPa impressive elongation at break 1558%. Additionally, LPU exhibited exceptional heating capabilities due to inherent intramolecular π–π conjugations intermolecular stacking effects lignin, which facilitated contactless photoheating. Furthermore, rigid structure robust hydrogen bonding interactions provided with excellent multi‐cycle performance, fixation recovery rates exceeding 93% after five cycles. Under near‐infrared irradiation, demonstrated non‐contact shape‐control capabilities. research not only offers high‐value application but also advances development environmentally friendly materials.
