A detailed study of the UV-Vis spectra dibenzofluorene derivative belonging to KuQuinones family was carried out in polar aprotic (CH3CN), protic (CH3OH), and slightly (CHCl3) solvents. The spectral properties this compound underscore its similarity other on one hand, while hand they confirm that it is not a planar but three-dimensional (3D) structure with separated charges. existence keto–enol tautomerization acid-base equilibrium under different pH conditions has also been investigated.
