In order to explore the effect of fertilization patterns on growth rapeseed seedlings under waterlogging stress, three (conventional fertilization, supplemental organic and microbial fertilization) were set up using variety Xiangyou 708 as material, treatment was carried out during seedling stage rapeseed. The effects rhizosphere microorganisms stress investigated. results showed that all exhibited inhibited seedlings, root activity, changed structure bacterial community structure. However, better promoted reduced impact accelerated recovery after stress. Under normal water supply, enriched P_Bacteroidota, P_Actinobacteriota, P_Chloroflexi, G_Flavisolibacter in soil rapeseed, while P_Bacteroidota After 7 days treatment, P_Verrucomicrobiota G_SC-I-84, G_Ellin6067 enrichment these bacteria may be related promotion tolerance This study provides evidence fertilizer can promote enhance its tolerance, well some have a potential role promoting
