ABSTRACT Eu 3+ ‐activated phosphors with distinct photoluminescence properties are well‐suited for diverse applications, including lighting, sensing, and imaging. Despite their potential, the large‐scale energy‐efficient production of ‐doped remains a significant challenge industrial applications. This research delves into luminescent performance ions in nitrate solutions at room temperature by employing detailed spectroscopic characterization. Results reveal vibrant red luminescence 594 nm 616 europium solutions, irrespective concentration or solvent. We proposed mechanism based on formation coordination complexes solution. Furthermore, investigation highlights superior NH 2 ‐ over CH ‐ligands mitigating deactivation emissive state induced OH − oscillators H O solvent, leading to enhanced photoluminescence. Particularly, without lengthy preparation exhibit ligand‐dependent feature, showcasing potential applications anti‐counterfeiting group structure detection. study here not only enhances our understanding rare earth mechanisms, but also broadens range materials.
