It is urgent to exploit multifunctional materials and combined approaches for efficient antitumor effects. Copper-based metal–organic frameworks (Cu-MOFs) have excellent performances in catalysis, biocompatibility, photothermal conversion, regulate metabolism, which make them attract more attention application. Therefore, this review, representative ligands, synthetic methods, mechanism, applications of Cu-MOFs were provided. Special emphasis placed on the recent drug carriers, therapy, tumor imaging, theranostic, are summarized with examples. Finally, we presented dilemma faced by offered a new perspective future Hopefully, review may serve as reference further development application Cu-MOFs.

Abstract Amorphous zeolitic imidazolate framework (aZIF) films have been recently introduced as resists for electron beam and extreme ultraviolet lithography (EBL EUVL). aZIFs are also being considered separation applications, including thin film membranes. In this respect, methods aZIF deposition needed. However, the reported currently based on highly empirical trial-and-error approaches that hinder control of composition, thickness, uniformity well scale-up transferability to different coating geometries from ones they originally developed for. A method depositing with controllable thickness using dilute precursors mixed immediately before encountering substrate is presented. Importantly, amenable quantitative analysis by computational fluid dynamics extract intrinsic rates limiting reactant transport diffusivities, enabling predictive equation-based modeling process. This allows be adapted spin silicon wafers, production consistently controlled thickness. Using approach, high-quality prepared, high-resolution resist performance demonstrated.
