Background/Objectives: This study aims to develop a sustainable and environmentally friendly drug delivery system by synthesizing novel drug–drug eutectic mixture (DDEM) of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) pyrazinamide (PZA) using green efficient mechanochemical approach. Methods: The DDEM was characterized various techniques, including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry thermal analysis (TG-DTA), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy. Binary phase diagrams Tammann’s triangle determined the point. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed on starting compounds. new evaluated for aqueous solubility, dissolution, hygroscopicity. Results: A V-shaped binary diagram indicated formation with 2:1 molar ratio ASA PZA. positive mixing enthalpy suggested quasi-eutectic structure. solubility PZA increased 61.5% 85.8%, respectively, in compared pure drugs. Conclusions: These findings highlight potential DDEMs enhance properties delivery. synergistic interaction between may further improve therapeutic efficacy, warranting investigation.

Mechanochemical S(VI) exchange reactions are developed on chiral S(VI)–F and S(VI)–Cl centers that fast, solvent–free, high–yielding, enantiospecific. This approach is used to synthesize a range of sulfonimidate esters sulfonimidamides from sulfonimidoyl fluorides chlorides under mild reaction conditions. The broad scope this method demonstrated by its successful reactivity with phenols both primary secondary anilines. Furthermore, substitution in 4–nitrophenol‐derived species substituted (SuPhenEx) successfully achieved. faster, greener, reduces the need for formation fluorinated species, while retaining many advantages SuFEx related reactions.
