Two-dimensional transition metal carbides, nitrides, or carbonitrides (MXenes) have garnered remarkable attention in various energy and environmental applications due to their high electrical conductivity, good thermal properties, large surface area, mechanical strength, rapid charge transport mechanism, tunable properties. Recently, artificial intelligence has been considered an emerging technology, widely used materials science, engineering, biomedical its efficiency precision. In this review, we focus on the role of intelligence-based technology MXene-based devices discuss latest research directions devices, especially use modeling tools for storage sensors, memristors. addition, emphasis is given recent progress made synthesis methods MXenes advantages disadvantages. Finally, review ends with several recommendations suggestions regarding fabricating devices. We anticipate that will provide guidelines future suitable practical applications.

Abstract Brookite TiO 2 is a metastable crystalline phase, which difficult to prepare manually. In this study, brookite with controllable morphology was synthesized by simple hydrothermal method. The prepared complete rice‐like granular particle smooth surface and sharp edges at the tip of both ends. And diameter an individual approximately 200 nm. Then, improve photocatalytic degradation performance , we Bi O 3 /brookite nanocomposites. After composite, phase did not change, still maintained high purity crystallinity. nanoparticles were dispersed on forming heterogeneous structures in close contact. nanocomposite exhibited significantly higher rate ofloxacin (20 mg L −1 ) under visible light (300 W Xenon lamp, λ ≥ 400 nm) compared pure . activity 5 mol% best, OFX reached 90.7%. enhancement nanocomposites attributed formation heterojunction, accelerated photogenerated charge‐hole separation. This study provided theoretical support for efficient pollutants.
