ABSTRACT Within the current challenges in medicinal chemistry, creation of novel and improved therapeutic agents stands out. 2‐Cyano‐3‐(thiophen‐2‐yl)prop‐2‐enethioamide (CTPTA) ligand was complexed with palladium (II) platinum ions within nanoscale molecular formula [M (CTPTA)Cl 2 ]. H O. The CTPTA its complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, UV–Vis spectra, FTIR, mass TGA, magnetic measurement, molar conductance technique. Analysis a scanning electron microscope (SEM) revealed that nanostructure dimension both is predominantly between 10 30 nm. functions as bidentate ligand, utilizing thione sulfur, cyanide nitrogen atoms. Density functional theory employed to analyze geometric structure properties complexes. Natural population (NPA) Mulliken (MPA) methods used calculate charge distribution. cytotoxic impact results all compounds on human liver cancer (HepG2) cell line satisfactory. also tested against gram‐negative gram‐positive bacteria vitro. findings docking study supported cytotoxicity antibacterial effects. antioxidant anti‐inflammation activities synthesized had great spectrum activity. preclinical pharmacokinetic studies albino rats newly studied achieved excellent antitumor results. This clear investigated parameters, especially amelioration AFP levels, weight, oxidative stress, lobular hepatic architecture injury.

Paracetamol-4,4′-bipyridine cocrystals were synthesized using a solution method, reflux grinding and ultrasonic method. The structures properties characterized through the utilization of single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SXRD), powder (PXRD), polarized light microscopy (PLM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), elemental (EA), infrared spectroscopy (IR). results show that four methods different cocrystal morphologies, but same structure coupled with notably high purity level. All featured strong hydrogen bonds formed between paracetamol,4,4′-bipyridine water molecules. An additional notable feature is presence π...π stacking interactions pyridine rings adjacent 4,4′-bipyridine solubility paracetamol (active pharmaceutical ingredient, API) was measured discussed. In dissolution experiment, showed much faster rate than API in simulated gastric fluid media (pH = 1.2). Furthermore, pharmacokinetic (PK) behavior investigated to evaluate effectiveness this strategy for enhancing oral absorption paracetamol. vitro vivo studies revealed paracetamol-4,4′-bipyridine possessed an excellent improved profile.
