Using the radical 2a as a clock for 2,2-dimethylvinyl 6, k H-atom abstraction Bu 3 SnH of 2.01 × 10 8 mol −1 s has been estimated 6 in PhMe at 298 K. The log A 14.95 ring-opening confirms it is entirely free radical.
