Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a protein-coated, single-stranded RNA virus that parasitizes and infects primates, including humans. The current detection methods are mainly carried out using humans as medium, such chest computed tomography (CT) examination, nucleic acid detection, antibody antigen detection. In addition, SARS-CoV-2 in bioaerosols an important way of transmission infection, which has attracted wide attention. this paper, we simulate sampling system detect by means magnetoelastic (ME) sensing device based on Android intelligent terminal, can directly certain unit environment. This approach aims to achieve early prevention. experimental results show the successfully collect bioaerosols. linear range 5-20 ng/mL, ME closely match those calibration instrument (VNA), with goodness-of-fit values 0.997 0.995, respectively. work demonstrates proposed stable, highly specific, real-time, rapid, reference feasibility.
