This review provides a comprehensive overview history, advancements, recent state complexes in treatment We discuss biological evaluation relation with chemical structures numerous complexes, including those featuring thiosemicarbazone, N -heterocyclic imine, carbenes, steroidyl NHC, CAACs, carbamates, diphosphanes ligands.
