The
development
of
nanoclusters
(NCs)
capable
multicolor
emissions
for
simultaneous
detection
multiple
analytes
has
aroused
tremendous
interest.
However,
the
current
methods
synthesizing
NCs
with
mainly
depend
on
a
ligand
strategy,
which
not
only
compromises
stability
but
also
alters
their
physicochemical
properties.
Herein,
we
propose
novel
strategy
designing
single-ligand
capped
bimetallic
Au/Os
fluorescence
by
adjusting
size
NCs.
This
size-controlled,
encapsulation
enhances
and
compatibility
ensures
uniformity
in
properties,
thereby
overcoming
limitations
inherent
multiligand
systems.
By
meticulously
modulating
reaction
parameters,
achieved
precise
tuning
size,
resulting
synthesis
fluorescent
displaying
blue
(465
nm),
green
(507
yellow
(560
nm)
emissions.
These
were
then
incorporated
into
an
array
system
differentiation
tetracyclines
(TCs)
virtue
interaction
TCs
through
inner
filter
effect
(IFE).
Finally,
each
TC
elicited
unique
response,
was
subsequently
analyzed
principal
component
analysis.

metal‐organic
complexes

metal
nanoparticles,
garnering
significant
interest
due
to
their
distinctive
molecule‐like
characteristics.
These
include
well‐defined
molecular
structures,
clear
HOMO–LUMO
transitions,
quantized
charge,
robust
luminescence
emission.
Atomically
precise
alloy
NCs,
in
contrast
homometallic
exhibit
wealth
structures
intriguing
properties,
novel
attributes
often
intricately
tied
the
positions
alloyed
elements
within
structure,
facilitating
exploration
structure‐property
relationships.
A
notable
subgroup
this
category
comprises
Cu−M
(where
M
represents
metals
such
Au,
Ag,
Rh,
Ir,
Pd,
Pt,
Zn,
Al
etc.)
NCs.
In
review,
we
initially
outline
recent
advancements
development
efficient
synthetic
techniques
for
emphasizing
underlying
physical
chemical
properties
that
enable
control
over
sizes
surface

delve
into
progress
structural
elucidation

understanding
correlations
at
