Bioimaging has made tremendous advances in this century. Innovations high- and super-resolution microscopy are well established, live-cell imaging is extensively used to gain an overview of dynamic processes. But the combination high spatial temporal resolution necessary capture intracellular dynamics rarely achieved. Further, efficient software pipelines - that can handle recorded data allow comprehensive analyses being developed but lag behind other technical innovations applicability for broad groups researchers. Especially parasites, which offer great potential studying subcellular dynamics, possibilities have only begun be probed. In all cases, complete description molecular movement 3D space remains a challenging necessity.
