Abstract Pressure‐sensitive adhesives (PSAs) bond surfaces with minimal pressure, eliminating the need for heat, water, or solvents. Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is a well‐established polymer in hot melt adhesives; however, research on EVA‐based PSAs limited. This study introduces nonylated diphenylamine (NDPA), liquid derivative of diphenylamine, as novel tackifier and antioxidant PSAs. By simply mixing NDPA EVA at elevated temperatures, an PSA successfully formulated without use toxic The molecular structure NDPA, characterized by alkyl chains secondary amines, allows it to interact effectively both polyethylene (PE) moieties EVA. These interactions significantly enhance viscoelastic properties adhesive strength formulations. Notably, addition increases lap shear from 98.67 kPa pure 516.67 EVA‐NDPA formulation containing 40 wt.% NDPA. Furthermore, 50 inclusion achieves highest peel 6.5 N mm⁻¹, surpassing that commercial tape. Additionally, contributes preventing oxidative degradation, enhancing longevity positioning promising additive improved
