Abstract
Based
on
the
previous
optimal
concentration
of
Er
3+
/Yb
/Mo
4+
co‐doped
BiTa
7
O
19
(BTO)
samples,
Sc
or
Sb
is
planned
to
be
doped
into
BTO:Er
for
further
improving
upconversion
luminescence
(UCL)
intensity
under
980‐nm
laser
excitation.
A
series
/Sc
and
/Sb
samples
are
prepared
by
high‐temperature
solid‐phase
sintering
method.
The
microstructure
UCL
properties
investigated
X‐ray
diffraction,
Raman,
photoelectron
spectroscopy
(XPS),
diffuse
reflection,
spectrum.
green
little
better
than
that
,
which
reaches
2.40
times
β‐NaYF
4
:Er
.
XPS
results
show
3+,
Mo
4+,
5+.
Raman
spectra
has
lower
phonon
energy
more
disorder
maximum
relative
temperature
sensitivity
got
as
0.01012
K
−1
at
303
based
ratio
technology.
