Considering the increasing use of electric vehicles, establishment charging stations to exchange power between grid and devices, integration with solar generation sources, optimal vehicle in system. The purpose cost reduction presence intelligent environment is a challenge that must be investigated so this platform suitable for predicting behaviour vehicles and, as result, optimizing their network. This research presents relatively complete radial distribution network development planning model two scenarios. In first scenario, effects are not considered, only distributed production (renewable dispatchable) considered.
