This study examines the socio-labor and economic behavior of youth within framework digital society formation, reflecting their life goals value orientations. The research aims to assess student employment trends socio-economic disparities across regions in Kazakhstan. A pilot sociological survey was conducted refine instrument—a questionnaire—through testing among students “Management” “Public Local Administration” at Esil University. final utilized stratified sampling included 1,260 from universities colleges Zhambyl Mangistau regions, ensuring representativeness. Results indicate a gender-balanced sample with slight predominance female respondents (53.4% Zhambyl, 55.9% Mangistau). majority were aged 19-20, smaller proportion over 23 years old. key finding reveals regional differences employment: 60.6% work while studying, compared only 27.2% Mangistau. Financial and Social Factors Shaping High School Students’ Career Choices
